We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. Condo was very well decorated and has everything you need for a great vacation. We frequent Perdido many times a year and Palacio is our favorite complex.

Wonderful property!

The condo was exactly what we expected, with all amenities. The pool area was very clean and lovely. Management also dealt swiftly with an AC issue we had, and even followed up later.

Quick trip to Perdido

This was one of the nicer beach condos that we have stayed in. The primary bedroom/bath and the balcony furniture were exceptional. The property management company was very responsive. It was the perfect getaway for us.

Beautiful condo and view!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the condo. It’s very roomy and well stocked for any kind of cooking. Great view of the ocean and close to stores and nice restaurants. If you’ve never been to “Cobalt” highly recommend it. Communication was very easy.

Fabulous balcony!

We enjoyed our stay at Palacio 302. The balcony was wonderful. Getting settled took some patience as there were only 2 elevators in a 19 story building and everyone was loading in at the same time. We provided a tub mat for the guest bath as there was not one. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Excellent stay, excellent condo

The condo was fantastic. The property is situated right on the beach with its own beach access -- quickly get to the sand / water. The unit was as advertised. Very comfortable / relaxing stay. We did't spend any time in the pools or hot tub, but they were in continual use by other people -- looked to be a nice perk. Restaurants and groceries are very close. Overall, a great experience.

Had a great beach vacation with my kids and grandkids. Condo was nice and very well stocked. Loved the balcony with the ocean view. The only problem was there was only one elevator working, but we were on third floor so walked most of the time. We had to contact the property manager once because the door knob was loose and they came and replaced it immediately, we will stay here again if available.

Fantastic Week in Perdido

We planned our trip last minute and feel lucky to have been able to rent this gem.....our family has vacationed to this area every year for several years and by far the cleanest condo we have had with a fabulous Floorplan. Perfect for our family of 4. Amazing bedrooms, bathrooms with a bonus 'mudroom/laundry area'.....steps from beach and pool.....would rent again in a heart beat. Only negative...no cutting board but my guess is that it accidentally walked away with another renter or was stored with homeowners things given this kitchen had every thing else........like everything else. well stocked... want to go back already!!!

Great family gathering

Palacio 302 was well represented in the listing. The upgraded things mattered- bathroom vanities; toilets and bath fixtures, superb ceiling fans, nice linens and pillows. The unit was clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The maintenance work was going on outside, it was not noticed from inside. Our extended family occupied four units and there were no complaints about the property. A great place for making memories!

We wanted l cozy interior/exterior decor/furnishings & it didn’t disappoint.

The unit’s decor was soothing, the furniture was cozy & comfortable, the technology was excellent (WiFi could have been a bit faster but was fine), the kitchen was outfitted with everything I needed to cook a couple 3 dish meals (better than most rental units). We were there New Years with temps in the 20s so we were barely able to go on the balcony, but loved the furniture there & the view was perfect— high enough to avoid all the pool traffic, but low enough to see & hear all the beach features. I will definitely keep this unit bookmarked. Thanks to the owners for a beautiful unit + great price.

Nice condo. Comfortable and a great balcony.

Great balcony. One elevator was out all week. Had family staying in the penthouse which meant waiting on the elevator. Condo was clean except the floor was filthy. Bottom of my feet were black. Otherwise it was clean. Beach chair and umbrella was included.

Amazing stay!

This condo was one of the best we have stayed in! The balcony was large and really comfy to sit around and enjoy looking at the beach. We will definitely be staying here again. There is only one complaint about the beach area, if you don’t rent the chairs you don’t have anywhere to sit. We had to go down to the public beach until we had chairs available to rent. The chair cost was $30 for 2 chais and a umbrella. We couldn’t really see the beach from where we rented the chair due to all the chairs in front of us. We never was able to rent the ones in the front by the water due to them being rented already. So I do suggest as soon as you get there reserve your chairs for the week.

No regrets

The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the windows and light across the master bedroom and living area. We had everything we needed. Less than 5 minutes from Publix. 2 beach chairs were available but we brought our own. Just be prepared for a very large beach service operation. There were 3 rows. We always bring our own stuff so we were able to set up in between Palacio and the building next door. That worked fine for us. We love Perdido key and would return to Palacio 302.

Amazing views from balcony

This is a beautiful unit. The views from the balcony of the Gulf can’t be beat. Nicely furnished and well-equipped kitchen. Two complaints: 1. Parking is limited. The overflow parking is across a busy highway. It’s very dangerous crossing on foot. Cars ignore the pedestrian crossing signs. 2. Overall the unit was clean when we arrived. However, there were crumbs in the silverware tray and the baseboards need to be cleaned especially in the bathrooms. The jacuzzi and two pools ( one of which was heated) were very nice. Overall we had a great stay and hope to return.

So beautiful

Condo was exactly as listed! View was amazing, waking up to see the ocean out the bedroom window was magical. Super clean! My only minor complaint was the first night we found a leak in the ac closet. They fixed it next day ( afternoon)but it was a little stressful emptying a juice pitcher every hour ,I was trying to keep the water from ruining any dry wall or flooring . Other than that,no complaints. Remember to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels,dish soap,dishwasher pods,shampoo,soap conditioner and trash bags. Condo has these but if you use them ,rules state you must replace
