Casa Hermosa is located in the exclusive gated community of Palm Beach Estates in Playa Grande. Playa Grande, which is named one of the top 10 in the World by Travel and Leisure in 2013, is located immediately north of the beach community of Tamarindo and is considered one of the best surfing beaches in the world. It is also famous as a major nesting site for the highly endangered leatherback sea turtle, the largest reptile on Earth. The house is ideally located on the southern end of the 3 kilometer beach, less than 200 meters from the water and within the sound of the crashing surf.

The Spanish styled home has been professionally decorated to reflect the natural beauty of the area and thoughtfully organized to meet all your needs. The 3000 sq. ft home has 4 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen beds and 4 bunk beds) and 4 full bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 10-12 people. The house has been recently renovated with new furniture, entertainment center and decorations.

The front room is a casual space and perfect for kids of all ages to gather, watch movies, and play games. The front room can be opened up to connect with the great room, providing a spacious place for everyone to gather but still provide cozy areas to meet everyone’s needs. In the great room, you will find an entertainment center, including a new 60” flat screen TV, DVD player and music system for MP3 players, high speed WiFi internet. The gourmet kitchen is beautifully laid out with granite counters, breakfast bar, a full stainless steel freezer and refrigerator, European gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, and custom cabinets. This kitchen is fully stocked for all occasions, whether that’s for a party of two or ten.

The sliding doors in the great room open out to a large outside patio, private pool and garden. You can enjoy breakfast or evening drinks while the beautiful birds visit the garden. The pool provides a refreshing oasis after a hot day of excursions and a wonderful place to gather and play.

The master bedroom, with high vaulted ceiling and wrap around patio is a perfect place to find serenity. There is also a small work area, with a desk where you can catch up with work if needed. Additional flat screen TV, dvd, music system and a comfortable couch makes the master bedroom a suite on its own. With WiFi and free phone calls to the U.S., you can set up a home office and telecommute. The iron-gated porch outside the master bedroom is set up to give you some peace and shade throughout the day.

There are two other bedrooms with queen size beds (with memory foam pads) and full bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is set up with 4 bunk beds. All bedrooms have ample storage space and air conditioning.
