Our approximately 98 m² upstairs holiday apartment, with a magnificent view of the Staffelberg, offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It features two separate, modern bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed and a cosy box-spring bed—ideal for families or couples travelling together. The spacious living area invites you to relax and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to it is a practical kitchenette with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything you need for self-catering. The modern, newly furnished dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and bathtub. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. A special highlight: From your private balcony, you can start the day relaxed or wind it down comfortably, always with a view of our 793-meter-high Staffelberg. The holiday rental is situated in a quiet location in beautiful Hauzenberg, right in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, biking, and nature excursions—with magnificent views from the nearby Staffelberg. In the summer, Lake Ranna and Lake Erlauzwiesel offer ideal opportunities for swimming and relaxing. In winter, you can quickly reach several small ski resorts, cross-country trails, and toboggan runs. Culture enthusiasts can visit the Granitzentrum or take a day trip to the Baroque city of Passau, known as the “City of Three Rivers.” Local restaurants, beer gardens, and farm stands, as well as a hair salon, doctor’s office, pharmacy, bakery, an EDEKA supermarket, and a church, ensure that all your needs are well taken care of and that you can enjoy culinary delights right in the area.
