Our Summer 2026 is almost fill. Availability in June and August. Choice of 4 night stay, 8/18 - 8/22 or 8/22 to 8/26. Choose all 8 nights and pay for 7 nights. Inquire for details.

Clean, bright multi-level townhouse in the heart of Ocean City.

Minimum 7 day stay June - August. If you want a house that has room for the whole family, is well maintained and is very clean when you walk in the door, this is the house for you. UNPACK THE CAR & RELAX!

The house offers:
*4 Bedrooms on 3 levels - space to spread out
*3 FULL Bathrooms on 3 levels, currently being remodeled (2025) plus enclosed outside shower,
*Ensuite Master & 2nd quasi ensuite on kitchen level.
*High-speed internet and cable (with DVR)
*Great outdoor spaces - front porch & balcony
*Fenced in side yard with large table, a rare find in OC.
*Plenty of parking (garage and driveway).
*6 Beach tags for the week.
*Located in the heart of OC but yet not crowded or noisy.
*Off Season perks include basic paper products and shower items.


Most of our rentals are returning guests which says more than anything I can write.

This property worked out great for our large family. Convenient location - close to everything, yet quiet. Plenty of parking in the back. Loved the two decks. The owners were responsive and very cooperative. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property..

We stayed at the property for two nights,.. Super property, extremely clean, updated and very comfortable for a couple or large family..The things that stand out the most was how incredibly equipped the house was..The owners truly thought of everything, from beach bikes and chairs, to fully loaded kitchen and entertainment items.. We will 100% book this property for our next trip....Thank you to the owners for doing it right...It was a pleasure to stay...

Family gathering in OC

The house was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive to questions. The location is great as the house is a few blocks from the boardwalk and one block from shopping, restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

Ideal for extended family

the 4 bedroom vacation townhouse was very nice. It was clean and very well furnished and decorated. I have been renting homes in Ocean City for many years and this one was the best one!

Wonderful Home in every way

Our family absolutely loved our stay in Ocean City. The home is very spacious and extremely clean. We were able to walk to the boardwalk, the beach, and the shops/restaurants on Asbury.

Perfect location for all attractions

This property was absolutely the perfect place to stay for proximity to the beach, for asbury shopping, for morning coffee at OC coffee company. Boardwalk attractions and rides are just a short walk. The hosts are great with communication and we thoroughly appreciated all the convenient items available in the house and for use including beach chairs, bikes and such. Highly recommend this rental, from a seasoned ocean city visitor.

Great house and location!

We had a fantastic time in this well kept, spacious home in a great location! The fenced in side yard is great for small kids, and the mattresses might be the most comfortable in Ocean City! The owners were easy to rent from and gave detailed instructions, and responded immediately to any inquires before and during the trip. We are looking forward to renting this home again!

Great House for a Family / Group in a great spot!

Stayed here with my extended family and we really enjoyed it! The house is very big and there was plenty of room for all of us. Having a fenced-in side yard was awesome and our 2 year-old really loved it! The garage with a second fridge and additional beach supplies / toys was a great addition as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great OC family vacation

We’ve been vacationing in OCNJ since I was a kid and now I love coming back with my parents, husband, and our children. You can easily see from the photos and description that the house is well maintained, stocked, and decorated AND it’s in a great location, but there are a couple things worth mentioning that aren’t as apparent from the listing. First, the layout: with four staggered floors, the noise throughout the house is drastically reduced, plus you don’t need to worry about little running feel disturbing any downstairs neighbors. Second, there is a side yard — a YARD in OC. It’s not huge but it’s fenced in and has a beautiful large dining table and umbrella, so it’s great for an outdoor meal or even just for kids to kick a ball around. Lastly, the garage was the most well stocked I’ve ever seen, with adult bikes in great condition, skim boards, nice beach chairs and plenty of sand toys. A+ all around!

Chris grew up visiting Ocean City in the summer. Joe is from Northern NJ and his family now resides in Seaside Park. When looking to purchase a shore property, they wanted a family-oriented, walkable town with lots of activity. Ocean City fit the bill perfectly since it has a lot to offer everyone including a busy off-season.

Why they chose this property

This was by far the largest 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom property (over 2000 square feet) that we looked at and is very different from the one story (upstairs or downstairs) properties that line Ocean City. Once we saw this house, we knew this would be the perfect place to bring friends and family to create special memories through the years.

What makes this property unique

I hate to admit that I am picky but I am, just ask Joe. What was especially appealing about this home, was the fact that it was completely livable from the get go. We loved the look and feel of everything in the house. It had that beachy feel but not kitchy, nice that you want to spend time, comfortable and relaxing. Over time, we hope to make improvements to make it our ideal beach house. Renovations to date:
2016: Resurfaced all decks and replaced deck furniture
2015: installed wood look floor that always look great plus had the first two levels painted. 2014: Fenced in side yard and outside shower.
