The view was beautiful from this spacious and clean condo. We were able to step out on the balcony and watch the dolphins swimming by. The host was extremely informative with the directions for check-in and check-out and gave great recommendations for places to eat. We had a great time. Only thing that would have made it better was warmer weather.

Really can't say enough good things about this stay. The owner is incredibly thoughtful and helpful with any and all questions and very accessible. The condo was even better than the pictures let on - comfortable, classy, homey. And that VIEW. It was chilly when I was there, and even that didn't dampen the enjoyment of the ocean, sunrise, etc. Everything we needed was there. Recommend to anyone seeking to escape to the sea and salt air.

The beach view was panoramic, you could see a very long stretch of gorgeous shoreline and ocean views from all rooms except the second bedroom and the bathrooms.The view from the balcony was overlooking rooftops cement decks, a grassy area and swimming pool. The pool was not opened during the time we were there.The condo was comfortable and well equipped. We loved hearing the ocean all day and night! It was a little bit of a walk to get your feet in the sand from the 8th floor but the elevator was quick since it was the off season when we rented. Loved the big bins to haul your bags up to the condo from the garage, so convenient ! The owner was very helpful and responsive. She gave us many details about the area and great advice on restaurants. Several eateries were easy to walk to and the south end of the boardwalk was also nearby. Check-in procedures were clear. Thank you for a lovely time in BB! We had the best time. Would definitely rent this place again.

The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Access to the beach was easy and took about 3 minutes. We watched the sunrise from the balcony or the beach each morning. The condo had everything you could possibly need - I was delighted to find a coffee grinder. Beverly was helpful, accessible and gracious.

Million dollar view!

My family greatly enjoyed this condo! We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water and the very short walk to the beach and tennis/basketball courts/pool. The owner was very responsive and so kind!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful week. The condo faces the beach and there is a spectacular view from the balcony. It’s clean and has all the comforts of home. I would definitely recommend this as a vacation spot!

We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean.Watching the sun rise was wonderful!

Everyone enjoyed the place and had plenty of room for themselves. Sea Colony is located near many restaurants and activities while still being a quiet and beautiful place.

Great location
