Welcome to our cozy, spacious 4-bedroom home in Marche, perfect for up to 8 guests. Nestled amid gardens, rolling hills, olive groves, and sunflower or wheat fields, it offers breathtaking views of the Sibillini Mountains and magical sunsets—a true haven of tranquility. The house is being rented out for the first time, so you can be our very first guests!

Ground Floor Layout
Step right into the inviting living room with a large dining table, comfy sofa, and open fireplace (ideal for cozy winter evenings). Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, and pantry. A door opens to the Orange Bedroom (with its own private outdoor entrance via the terrace), a guest bathroom, and a laundry/storage room.

First Floor
Three more bedrooms await upstairs (two with air conditioning), plus two bright bathrooms—one with a bathtub, the other with a shower. Both have windows for natural light. Every window throughout the house is fitted with mosquito nets for peaceful, bug-free nights.
