Our spacious, recently renovated, non-smoking holiday apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot on the ground floor with its own entrance. With about 50 m2 of space, it offers the ideal retreat for couples, families, or close friends—accommodating up to 4 people. From the large balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains—whether you’re having breakfast in the fresh air or unwinding at the end of the day.
Hiking trails, bike routes, and mountain bike trails start right outside the front door—perfect for e-bikes as well, which can be conveniently charged and locked up here. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is just a few steps away.
Your benefit: We’re a partner business of the Chiemgau Card. Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts, and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. Free bike rentals and use of public transport—such as regional buses and the Bavarian Regiobahn between Ruhpolding and Traunstein—are also available to you. This way, you can experience the region to the fullest while being pleasantly surprised by many free offerings.
