Our charming and cosy apartment, renovated and refurnished in 2023, is located in the basement of our house and offers you the perfect retreat for your stay. With a size of 50 square metres, it offers plenty of space for you to relax.
The layout includes a spacious entryway, a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an open-concept living and sleeping area. Here you’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area, so you can feel right at home.
Everything you need is already provided and included in the price: towels, bed linens, a fully automatic coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and dishes—you don’t have to worry about a thing; just relax and enjoy your stay. Underfloor heating provides additional comfort and pleasant warmth.
Our guests have their own entrance and enjoy exclusive use of the apartment and the bathroom, so you can retreat in peace.
Perfect for a relaxing getaway, whether for a short holiday or a longer stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our apartment!

Ganz tolle liebe Gastgeber
Wir waren 2 Wochen in der angenehm kühlen, mit Liebe eingerichteten Ferienwohnung in Obersülzen. Alle Familienmitglieder waren tolle Gastgeber und sehr tierlieb. Es hat uns rundum gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort einkehren. So viel Herzlichkeit haben wir selten erlebt.Liebe Grüße von Uli, Patricia & Sam
