Awesome Joshua Tree ADU perfect for singles/couples with magical views &boulders

In Joshua Tree, near/overlooking boulders and Coyote Hole, beautifully designed and furnished 400 sq foot guest studio one mile south of the Village and highway 62 and 4 miles from entrance of the Joshua Tree National Park; we have amazing back decks for main house and ADU guests with privacy and separation; on 2.5 acres over large boulders; for short stays from minimum of 2 to maximum 28 nights/days. Stays begin after 4 pm and depart by 11 am. Easy place for people who are allergic as we do not allow animals, dander or any allergens if at all possible. Beautiful bathroom with shower, spacious. Full kitchen with full electric stove and four burners, small undercounter frig, new queen bed, leather couch, 40 inch TV screen for Netflix and similar; Pandora for music; Wi-Fi, etc; outside tables and chairs to eat or relax; can walk to Village in 10-15 minutes, one mile, lots to do and see; again only 5 miles from entrance to the famous Joshua Tree National Park!

Lovely, convenient get-away

Nice place overlooking desert canyon. Right near the Joshua Tree Park entrance road, and quite convenient to town and amenities. A small studio with all the fixings for a relaxed stay. Sun rise shines on the western mountains; sunsets shine on the eastern canyons. We hope to return!

Spectacular!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect - so close to everything. The property was immaculate and was well-stocked with all the necessities we needed. Deena is also very kind and helpful. We enjoyed exploring Coyote Hole, located right on the property and hiking in JT. We would definitely stay there again and we highly recommend this great property!

Beautify place, great hosts

We really enjoyed our stay at Deena and Randy's private studio. The place was clean and comfortable, with great views of the canyon called Coyote Hole from the house and from the outside deck. It is obvious that Deena and Randy prioritize their guests comfort and convenience, with a nice assortment of kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies, books etc. The bed is nice and comfortable, providing a good night's rest after a day of hiking. The neighborhood is right on the road into the center of the park, and close to restaurants and stores in town. We love Joshua Tree, and will return to stay again.

Return Trip

This was my second stay in Deena's property. It is perfectly located, perfectly sized, and brand new. The patio is completed and is amazing. It is quiet and exactly suited for my trip. I will be staying here in the future if available.

Everything was perfect

5 STARS PLUS!!!

This lovely studio is indeed clean, modern, and very beautiful. The owner has lavished attention to detail, the furnishings, bedding, and housewares are all first-rate. The design of the space is exceptional; the lighting scheme is beyond anything I have encountered before. The location is amazing, with outstanding hiking and views literally out your door. Close to the park, and so much more. I recommend Coyote Hole Wash, as well as the Desert View Conservation Area. Owners were extremely responsive and available, and continue to make improvements to this already outstanding property. Unless you simply need more space, you will not find better lodging in the area.
