Villa Bansini is situated in a quiet location in the town centre, not far from the fine-sand beach. The building is just a few minutes’ walk from the boardwalk. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a shopping centre, restaurants, a pharmacy, small shops, and much more. In the hallway area of the villa, there is a small video library and a small book collection, so you’ll never get bored—even when the weather is bad. The nearby beech forest invites you to spend time in nature.

This lovingly and comfortably furnished 42-square-meter 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for 2–3 people. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable couch that doubles as a pull-out bed for the third person. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and more. The dining area in the open living space provides plenty of room for shared meals. The furnished balcony is accessible from the living room and is perfect for relaxing in the sun outdoors. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200). A wardrobe is located in the adjacent, separate walk-through room. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower enclosure, as well as a sink and toilet. A parking space is available in the underground garage (entry height 2 m) and is assigned to the apartment. You are welcome to store your bicycles in the underground garage. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the basement (for a fee).
