Modern, non-smoking holiday apartment—bright, comfortable, and ready for occupancy starting in April 2025. The apartment is located on the lower level of our house, which was formerly a farmhouse. With a spacious living area of 110 square metres, it offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 4 people. Amenities: Living room: Modernly furnished with comfortable leather furniture and stylish decor—ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. Bedroom 1: Equipped with a comfortable double bed—perfect for families or friends. Bedroom 2: High-quality single bed. Bathroom: Fully equipped with a shower and bathtub. Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. The Warstathof is located in the Lüneburg Heath in the health resort town of Delmsen, surrounded by various beautiful places to visit. The holiday rental is located in the old part of Delmsen. The area features rural businesses, farm stands, flower shops, and restaurants serving good food ;) A natural swimming pool is 800 metres away. A supermarket is about 600 metres away.
