Kleiner Meerblick – Relax in Style with a Panoramic View of the Dunes, the Wadden Sea, and the North Sea

When your soul needs a holiday and you want to bring your beloved four-legged friend along, “Kleiner Meerblick” is exactly the right place. This modern and charming holiday rental is located right in the middle of the Hörnum dunes—just about 200 metres from the long, fine-sand beach. In a prime location, this high-quality, non-smoking apartment—spanning approximately 70 m² and accommodating 2–4 people—perfectly combines design, comfort, and cosiness.

The apartment is located in a stylish new building and spans the upper and attic floors. Real wood parquet flooring and numerous elegantly integrated recessed lights create a warm, cosy atmosphere. From the entryway on the ground floor, a beautiful wooden staircase leads you to the upper floor. There, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area with plenty of natural light, a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a high-end kitchen equipped with everything to make the heart of an ambitious home cook beat faster: induction cooktop, oven with built-in microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and fine china and glassware.

The dining area seats up to four people, and the LIGNE ROSET sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) in the living area ensures a comfortable stay even for last-minute overnight guests. Entertainment is provided by a Sonos speaker, a radio, and a flat-screen TV. The small balcony is the perfect spot for breakfast with a view—on a clear day, you can see as far as Amrum or Wyk on Föhr, while the dune and heathland landscape of Sylt spreads out before you.

Another highlight awaits you on the upper floor: the ceiling-high bedroom with a walk-in closet, its own flat-screen TV, and a small en suite bathroom (shower/toilet). From the skylights, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the North Sea and the Wadden Sea—a perfect place to wake up and unwind.

A parking space is available right next to the house—it’s the upper space in a multi-level car park.(max. 4.65 m length, 2.15 m height, 2.70 m width) A washing machine and dryer are available for free use in the laundry room in the basement. And of course, your dog is also very welcome!
