Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, books, and toys for children. A crib and high chair are available on request. Enjoy a private open terrace, ideal for unwinding.



Guests can use shared outdoor facilities: a swimming pool, children’s garden, and barbecue area, all comfortably furnished.



Located in a quiet area with easy access to the A17, it’s simple to visit Aveiro, Coimbra, Porto, and Figueira da Foz. Beaches like Praia de Mira are 10 minutes away, while Vagueira, Costa Nova, and Barra are within 15 minutes. Restaurants and public transport are nearby.



There are 4 parking spaces on the property plus free street parking. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. There are pets on the property, kept in a separate, enclosed area. The pool is shared and open May to October, from 9 am to 8 pm. Parties, eating, or drinking in the pool are not allowed. Showering before entering is mandatory. Small toys like ping pong balls are not permitted. Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times by the pool.
