This bright and inviting 2-room apartment (approx. 56 m²), located very close to the beach on the 3rd floor (no lift), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living room, bedroom, and entryway is high-quality wood-look vinyl, while the kitchen area and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, shoe rack, and a closet, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The spacious and cosy living/dining room features a seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 6 chairs. From the living room, you have direct access to the large (approx. 13 m²) covered balcony (facing south, west, and north) equipped with balcony furniture, a sun lounger, and a side view of the sea—here you can sit back and relax amidst the greenery while enjoying the balmy summer nights above the rooftops of Kühlungsborn with a good glass of wine…!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment features a modern flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a radio with Bluetooth connectivity, and a small selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, a microwave with an integrated grill and oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious walk-in closet. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person.

The modern and spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a glass-enclosed shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, 2 shelves, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for a fee (€10.00 / night) in a parking space belonging to the apartment complex located directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the apartment complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop in the immediate vicinity of your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the adjacent “NP Strandhotel Sonnenburg,” you can enjoy the extensive and delicious breakfast buffet for a fee upon request. You’ll find many other eateries and restaurants within walking distance.

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as a starter kit for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If more than 2 people are staying, a surcharge of 10.00 € per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
