This century-old family house is located on a private estate by the Ebro River. Built with stone and brick and featuring wooden beam ceilings, it has been renovated to offer modern comforts while preserving its original charm.



You will have a private entrance, garden, pétanque court, picnic area, swimming pool, two porches (one with a ping-pong table), and a large terrace with views of the river and the estate. The house is next to the riverside promenade, ideal for sports and walks.



Situated in the heart of the Ebro Delta, in Deltebre, you are close to the main tourist attractions and only 15 minutes from the beaches.



There are three double bedrooms: one suite with a private bathroom and two sharing a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included.



The living room offers sofas, TV, Wi-Fi, board games, and books. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, and more. The dining room has an extendable table and access to the terrace, with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for enjoying meals outside.
