Holiday Home 'Iris' with Shared Garden, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Cottage Iris consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed suitable for children, and a bathroom, making it ideal for a family. Please note that the bedroom has ceiling windows that cannot be opened. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, microwave, and kettle. There is also a dedicated workstation for teleworking. Upon request, a cot or a child's bed is available for an extra fee.

Enjoy peaceful mornings in the shared garden of the Country House. The accommodation is very close to Lake Bilancino, perfect for relaxing by the water. Motorsport fans will find the Mugello Circuit just 6 km away. The property is also near an outlet village, ideal for shopping and finding great deals. Three parking spaces are available inside the property. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or parties are not permitted. Only overnight stays are offered; breakfast is not provided. The property has guidelines to help guests sort waste correctly; more information is available on site. Water and energy-saving devices are in use, and part of the electricity comes from solar panels.
