Our attic apartment for two offers a cosy retreat with its own unique charm. With approximately 23 m² of living space, charming details such as exposed roof beams and sloped ceilings, as well as functional amenities, it’s ideal for couples or solo travellers who appreciate something special.

The apartment features twin beds and is intentionally designed to be compact—without a balcony, but with plenty of character. A charming choice for guests who value a quiet and unique living experience.


This charming, approximately 23 m² attic apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay for two. The combined living and sleeping area is furnished with two separate beds and captivates with its unique atmosphere, featuring sloped ceilings and a striking roof beam.

A small but functional kitchenette is integrated into the room—ideal for preparing light meals. The bathroom features a shower and toilet and also has a cosy sloped ceiling.

Amenities also include a flat-screen TV and a telephone. All apartments in this category are located on the top floor, do not have a balcony, and are distinguished by their unique design and special charm—a bit smaller, but full of character.



In Kloster on the island of Hiddensee—less than 100 metres from the harbour—lies the Dornbusch apartment complex with a restaurant, wellness centre, a swimming pool, and a sauna. Inge Meisel and Gustav Gründgens have also holidayed in this building, which features a historically protected facade.

Just as a lighthouse helps ships find their way, the “lighthouse” of the Dornbusch building serves as a unique stairwell, guiding all guests to their destinations. The outdoor areas offer terrace seating even in rainy weather. Those who don’t want to walk to the beach (300 m) can also use the beach chairs in front of the building.

The amenities and furnishings of the apartments match those of a first-class hotel in an island-inspired, maritime style. Consistent and perfectly coordinated down to the bed linens—each apartment features a kitchenette, dining table, shower/toilet, and a balcony, veranda, or terrace. Depending on their size, the apartments can accommodate up to 4 people.

The smaller units are located on the upper floor of the front building and, so to speak, offer the most beautiful view to make up for it.

Included in the price is use of the property’s swimming pool and sauna, as well as an initial supply of towels, bed linens, and tea towels. Linen is changed weekly. Breakfast on the veranda can be booked for 18 EUR per person.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
