Die gesamte Unterkunft war in einem schlechten Zustand. Hier einige Beispiele:defekte Eingangstür, Ameisenvermüllter Gartenalle Plissees an den Fenstern defektSchimmel in der Dusche Besteckschublade im Geschirrspüler fehlteDunstabzugshaube völlig ungepflegt2 Schlafzimmer im ausgebauten DachbodenMöblierung bis auf den Wohn-Essbereich im Erdgeschoss billig und zusammengesuchtPersonal unfreundlich - mit einer Einladung zum Essen wollte man uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschädigenKlare Enpfehlung: nicht von den Bildern täuschen lassen. Einen größeren Unterschied zwischen dem, was sein soll und dem, was ist habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

Mängel die aufgefallen sind:- die Haustür (geht immer auf), Türgriff defekt- Steckdose Küche hing aus der Wand (gefährlich)- Türgummi Eingangstür defekt- WC /Bad undicht (es stinkt)- Dusche voll Schimmel, Dichtgummis kaputt- Waschbecken Bad verstopft- Spinnweben im ganzen Haus - Heizung aus (abends/morgens kalt)- das gesamte Haus im ungepflegten ZustandMängel an HOLIFEH gemeldet. Man wollte eine andere Immobilie anbieten, war nichts frei. Alternative wurde Preisnachlass avisiert.Div. Mängel wurden behoben, NICHT behoben wurde :- WC im Bad (es stinkt)- Dusche ist voller Schimmel, Dichtgummis kaputt- Türgummi der Eingangstür hängt herunter- Heizung aus (weiter kalt)Offenen Mängel wieder angezeigt, anschl. Anruf von HOLIFEH erhalten Auszug Telefonat:- wieso Heizung, hier schwitzen alle- Preisnachlass kommt überhaupt nicht in Frage , es hat keiner zu entscheiden „ ich bin die Chefin“- wenn sie (also wir als Mieter) Preisnachlass erhalten dann ist alles OK , oder wieWir betonten, das es nicht um Preisnachlass geht, wir in ordentlichen, gepflegten Haus Urlaub verbringen möchten.Nach den Unterstellungen haben wir das Telefonat beendet.So sollte und kann man nicht mit zahlenden Gästen umgehen !!!Fazit: wer einen schönen geruhsamen Urlaub auf Fehmarn verbringen möchte sollte HOLIFEH und das Haus „ Blue Lagoon“ meiden...wir sind nicht „Mecker-Gäste“ !!
