Pros: Die Wohnung ist modern, hochwertig und liebevoll gestaltet. Hier können sich Singles, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohlfühlen. Frau Heinrich war eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin mit einem offenen Ohr für Wünsche. DETAILS: * Wohn-Ess-Zimmer hell und großzügig mit gemütlicher Sofa-Ecke, Smart-TV, Ess-Tisch und sehr gut ausgestatteter, moderner Küche * Schlafzimmer mit Boxspring-Doppel-Bett (sehr bequem!) * Schlafraum mit Ausziehbett (140cm breit) und Babybett * Großzügiges Badezimmer mit Regendusche * WC separat * Terrasse und Garten zur Alleinnutzung mit Sitzgruppe, inklusive kleinem Grill * alle Fenster mit dicht schließenden Rolläden * Fenster in den Schlafräumen mit Mückengittern * alle Steckdosen mit Kindersicherung * Spielzeug für kleinere Kinder * Gesellschaftspiele vorhanden LAGE: Ruhige Wohnlage, Wald- und Wanderwege in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, Parken am Haus, ÖPNV ländlicher Lage entsprechend Cons: -
