This 32 m² semi-detached house in Zempin welcomes up to 4 guests with a living room and a bedroom. In the living and dining area, you'll find a comfortable daybed that converts into a double bed. A space-saving staircase leads to the upper floor with another double bed. The house features a compact kitchen, a bathroom with WC and shower, private Wi-Fi, TV, and self check-in.
Your private garden offers several outdoor spaces for relaxation. The covered terrace behind the house is sheltered from wind and prying eyes and comes with a dining area and a private grill. Another terrace beside the house invites you to unwind in a hammock. You can also use a garden room, and the garden table is available for indoor or outdoor use.
A shared carport is provided at the house. One small dog is welcome during your stay. Events are not permitted on the property.
The beach is just 750 meters away, and the Achterwasser lagoon is 500 meters from the house. Zempin offers a peaceful village atmosphere with short walks to the bakery, playground, beach, and Achterwasser. Centrally located on the island, it's the perfect starting point for exploring in all directions. You'll receive a comprehensive activity list to enrich your stay and discover local experiences.
