The mobile home is part of a resort, which is located in Abruzzo, right on the seafront of San Salvo Marina, within the scenic area known as the Costa dei Trabocchi. It provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere with attentive, personalized service. The beach is just 350 meters away. The town center of San Salvo is about 6 kilometers from the resort. The nearest airport is Abruzzo Airport, approximately 70 kilometers away.

The accommodations are mobile homes suitable for up to 4 people. Each unit includes a kitchenette with cooking utensils and a refrigerator, a TV, a private bathroom with a shower and an outdoor patio or veranda. Pets are not allowed in this type of accommodation.

It typically includes one double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in a separate, smaller bedroom. The single beds are usually arranged as bunk beds or side-by-side. Depending on the layout, some models may also offer an optional extra bed or sofa bed.
