Our holiday apartments in this category are approximately 80 m² 3-room apartments and offer everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.

Located right in the heart of Binz and just 100 metres from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, here you can enjoy the best of both worlds—the lively atmosphere of this popular seaside resort and the soothing proximity to the sea.

With a spacious living room and two stylishly furnished bedrooms, these apartments are perfect for families, couples, or small groups. Two separate bedrooms are equipped with comfortable, 1.80-meter-wide beds. In addition, one of the bedrooms has a sleeper sofa that can accommodate two more people or children. This means the apartments can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Standard amenities include an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric stove.

The bright, natural-light-filled bathrooms are equipped with showers, toilets, and two sinks. Heated towel racks provide additional comfort.

A parking space is available right next to the house for loading and unloading. For the remainder of your stay, we offer you a free parking spot in a nearby large car park.
