The apartments, built in 2006, were designed to provide you with a pleasant holiday atmosphere and comfort.
The apartment features a bedroom with a large double bed.
In the living area, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people.
The kitchen is fully equipped, inviting you to cook your meals.
Enjoy warm summer evenings on the balcony.
The entire apartment is located on the first floor.
Free parking spaces are available directly at the property.

The Neighborhood:
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are other holiday homes and apartments.
A highlight of the area is the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh, just a few meters away.
Nearby, you will also find several cafés and restaurants.
The Bodden harbor in Breege is about 1 kilometer away, and the Juliusruh spa park is approximately 250 meters away.
There is also a small kiosk right at the property, which offers, among other things, bread rolls.

Other Things to Note:
The VRG team is also responsible for booking linen packages (only possible by telephone) and spa taxes. Linen packages consisting of bed linen and towels cost €19.
