Vacation apartment 110 sqm with terrace

The holiday rental is located on the ground floor with direct access to the spacious terrace and natural garden. Plenty of space to live, relax, and play.
The spacious outdoor area of approximately 1,700 m² includes
- the garden with sunny and shaded areas
- a wild play area with a “dwarf kingdom” and a mud kitchen
- an area with natural building materials—pebbles, branches, soil—and a water supply from rainwater collectors
- an overgrown adventure area where children can hide
- a quiet area for garden birds and other wildlife, which must not be entered

- We do not use pesticides, slug bait, leaf blowers, pressure washing machines, or continuous nighttime lighting
- We water the garden exclusively with rainwater collected in rain barrels

The holiday rental occupies the entire ground floor; we, the owners, live above it.
The Familiennest is accessible via two quiet residential streets. Both streets end at the property.
Up to 2 parking spaces, one of which is partially covered, are available for our guests.
From the living room and the green room, you can step out onto your own south-facing terrace.
The beds in the two bedrooms have the following dimensions:
Green Room: Double bed 180 cm wide, 190 cm long
Blue Room: Double bed 160 cm wide, 200 cm long; daybed 80 cm wide, 200 cm long, which can be extended into a double bed an additional 80 cm wide;
Cot (Bettstadl) for children ages 0 to 3
We don’t have a TV, but we do have free Wi-Fi
Seebruck is a tranquil town on the northern shore of Lake Chiemsee. From here, you have the most beautiful view across the expanse of Lake Chiemsee to the Chiemgau Mountains. It’s a great starting point for many recreational activities. Shopping options are easily accessible within a 10-minute walk.
Children are very welcome here.
