The fully fenced property is ideal for families with children or holidays with a dog. The apartment is accessible via the terrace, which is virtually at ground level, and is designed to be wheelchair-friendly throughout. A lockable bike storage room is available, and those who enjoy fishing can rent a boat directly from the owners and explore the surrounding waters on their own.

In the bright living room with a TV, a sleeper sofa (120x200) invites you to relax or spend the night. The adjacent kitchen area is open-concept and features a dining table with chairs. The kitchen itself is functionally equipped and offers everything you need for everyday life. A stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are available—ideal for easily preparing your own meals even while on holiday.
Two separate bedrooms provide plenty of privacy. The first bedroom, with a double bed (2x 90x200), a closet, and a spacious feel, is ideal for two adults. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 90x200), an additional TV, and a wardrobe—ideal for children or additional guests.
