The cozy apartment on the top floor of the building offers a 38m² balcony/roof terrace in penthouse style. This is equipped with garden furniture so that you can enjoy the sun and freshly prepared meals together all day long, from breakfast to sunset.

The kitchenette and the wooden deck of the balcony/terrace have been completely renovated in 2021.

The apartment has a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. In the bedroom of the accommodation, you can also spend restful nights on the large double bed.

All rooms are flooded with light.

From the apartment, the view sweeps over the rooftops of Kühlungsborn to the Baltic Park and the open sky above the nearby Baltic Sea. The fine sandy beach is just a 2-minute walk away.

The Neighborhood:
The vacation accommodation is located right in the center of Kühlungsborn and is particularly characterized by its proximity to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. There are also numerous exclusive restaurants, bars and cafés nearby. Kühlungsborn is known for its wellness and health facilities, which ensure complete relaxation. However, if you are looking for more action and entertainment, the local cultural and event program has got you covered.
