Welcome to the Spreiterhof—a quaint little hamlet with just ten homes. This is where you’ll find the Kurt holiday home—also known as “Kurt’s Heisje.” As soon as you arrive, you’ll notice that time moves more slowly here. The air is clearer. The hustle and bustle of everyday life stays behind.
Up here at about 400 metres above sea level, where the fields glow with rich colours and the air smells of nature, you’ll find a place that’s much more than just a place to stay: a lovingly furnished holiday home with a view stretching into the distance.

Country getaway, nature, sweeping views. Right behind the house, you’re already in the heart of nature. Well-maintained trails invite you to hike, bike, and enjoy other activities. You’ll enjoy a magnificent view over the expanses of the Northern Palatinate Uplands.
Motorcycle enthusiasts will find many kilometres of varied, winding routes in all directions across the Palatinate. These include, for example, day trips to the Moselle, reservoirs, castles, observation decks, or to a sandy beach for swimming. Uwe Rainau is happy to provide tour recommendations.

On-site fees: The tenant may withdraw from the lease agreement before the start of the tenancy by providing written notice to the landlord. The date on which the landlord receives the notice of withdrawal is decisive. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, the tenant must pay lump-sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and for lost profits in the following amounts, provided that it is not possible to rent the property to another party: Withdrawal—up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price – up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price – up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price – up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price



Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
