Our holiday rental, with approximately 75 square metres of living space on one floor, accommodates 1–4 people on the ground floor and features direct access to the garden. The cosy living room, complete with a sofa and flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee maker, has everything you could need. You can enjoy your meals or breakfast in the separate dining area, which features a lovely corner bench. The holiday home features 1 bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony. A lovely children’s room with a bunk bed for 2 children and a single bed for an additional adult ensures a restful night’s sleep; a travel cot can also be provided for toddlers. The spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub rounds out the overall experience and is perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately, the shower cannot be used until around mid-June due to renovations, but the bathtub is available for use. This minor inconvenience should not prevent you from booking. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for doing your laundry. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the car park in front of the house free of charge. Our holiday rental has been run by the family in Natterholz since 2025, and we take pride in our tradition and hospitality. The holiday rental is located on the upper level of the house, with direct access to the garden. Our holiday rental can be accessed via the staircase or through the garden. The holiday rental features 6 cosy rooms that are modernly equipped while still reflecting the charm of the region. We want every guest to feel at home with us—whether for a short stay or a longer holiday. The holiday rental is situated in a particularly quiet yet central location, ideal for relaxation and exploring the area. It is located in Natterholz, “surrounded by nature,” “just a few minutes from the city centre of Monheim or Donauwörth.” Thanks to excellent transport links, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature while also quickly reaching all the region’s major attractions and recreational opportunities. In the area around our accommodation in Donauwörth or Nördlingen, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. To explore the region, there’s a wide variety of sights and destinations available—from picturesque hiking and biking trails to historic landmarks and cool outdoor swimming pools in Tagmersheim or Monheim. We especially recommend the towns of Donauwörth and Nördlingen, Harburg Castle, and the beautiful bike tours in the Altmühl Valley or the Monheimer Alb. Whether you want to enjoy nature or experience cultural highlights, you’ll find something to suit every taste here. The rustic decor of the holiday rental creates a charming atmosphere for your holiday. In our living room, you can enjoy a quiet evening watching TV or playing games, or wind down the day on the beautiful patio or in the garden. You can store your bicycles or bikes safely here. Wi-Fi is included in the holiday rental. Parties are not permitted due to the quiet location. We look forward to welcoming you to our accommodation and are always happy to provide tips for your stay! A 50% prepayment may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner if necessary to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. No additional fees apply.
