Great stay, perfect location

Nice rooms and everything went fine. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access via phone app. We booked via the website, which was confusing in communication. A second part of the payment should have been made before arrival, but the only information about that reached us just on the check-in time itself.

2/10 Terrible

Failed to disclose annual street party immediately outside

Smiling Host failed to exercise integrity and transparency and did not disclose information about an annual street party with a DJ booth and loud speakers mere meters from the bedroom windows until hours before check in, despite having booked months in advance. The 4 day party lasting until 12 midnight each night, with sound levels so loud that the room shakes was an extremely unpleasant experience.
