Kommunikation mit der Fa. Kraushaar hat bis zur Schlüsselübergabe sehr gut funktioniert. Die

Kommunikation mit der Fa. Kraushaar hat bis zur Schlüsselübergabe sehr gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage ist aber sehr abgewohnt und vor allem dreckig. Das Geschirr von den Vorgängern war noch in der Spühlmaschine, die Platzdeckchen auf dem Tisch klebrig und dreckig, der Trockner voller Dreck und sogar das Wasser noch im Behälter. Die Wohnung riecht nach Rauch obwohl wir extra Nichtraucher gebucht haben... Leider wurde auch nicht auf unsere Email geantwortet die wir mit Fotos an die Fa. Kraushaar geschickt haben. Die Sauberkeit sollte durch den Gastgeber kontrolliert werden denn eine schmutzige Ferienwohnung trübt das gesamte Ferienerlebnis.
