Die Lage ist perfekt. Leider sehr hellhörig,ob in der Wohnung, oder auf der Terrasse. Schlafzimmer direkt gegenüber von einer Eingangstür für andere Mieter, die automatisch zu fällt und dies sehr, sehr oft . Besonders störend morgens und nachts. Leider keine Ruhe in der Wohnung gefunden.
