Lovely and clean apartment, exactly as described. However, I did not receive any check in instructions before the stay and host did not respond to my message. Fortunately they were home when we arrived and were able to check us in. Be aware, no air conditioning if it’s the warm months. Lovely otherwise.

Leider waren wir mit dem Zustand und der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft während unseres Aufenthalts nicht zufrieden. Die Wohnung machte insgesamt den Eindruck, als sei sie vor unserer Ankunft nicht ausreichend vorbereitet worden.Insbesondere befanden sich zahlreiche Hundehaare auf dem Boden, den Teppiche und auf den Bettlaken. Außerdem waren Staub, Spinnweben und Spinnen vorhanden. Der Boden wirkte, als sei er längere Zeit nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Gastgeberin auf unsere Hinweise direkt reagiert und uns umgehend neue Bettlaken zur Verfügung gestellt hat.Auch die Raumluft war sehr unangenehm und wirkte, als sei vor unserer Ankunft nicht ausreichend gelüftet worden. Zudem war die Wohnung über den gesamten Aufenthalt kalt, da die Heizkörper ausgeschaltet waren., dadurch ließen sich die verwendeten Handtücher nicht richtig trocknen. Auf Nachfrage wurden uns allerdings neue Handtücher bereitgestellt.Ein weiterer Punkt war der WLAN-Empfang. In der Unterkunft selbst war dieser praktisch nicht nutzbar. Empfang hatten wir lediglich im Gäste-WC, da das WLAN offenbar aus der Wohnung der Gastgeber stammt.Insgesamt hatten wir leider den Eindruck, dass die Unterkunft in Bezug auf Reinigung, Vorbereitung und Instandhaltung deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit benötigen würde.

Sehr Liebe zuvorkommende Gastgeber ,tolle und saubere Unterkunkt wir hatten alles da was wor brauchten und sehr ruhige und schöne Lage ,wer die Eifel mag ist dort genau richtig.

Die Unterkunft war super. Sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir und die Hunde kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
