Renovated to preserve its authentic character, this home retains original vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, creating a warm, traditional atmosphere with a modern touch from the furnishings.



The apartment features two bedrooms (one with two single beds, the other with a 160 cm double bed), a bathroom with toilet, a separate WC, and a fully equipped modern kitchen open to the dining area and living room. The living room includes a sofa bed for two additional guests.



Outside, at garden level, you have direct access to a southeast-facing terrace and an outdoor pool, all set in natural surroundings of forest, dry hillside, and stream.



L’Eyssart is ideally located in Haute Durance, in Les Vigneaux, giving you easy access to the Écrins National Park, Ailefroide, Briançon, and Guillestre, gateway to Queyras.

Pros: We had a great week staying in L’Eyssart this summer. We fell in love with the area and all the different things to do from walking to climbing to rafting to seeing the glacier. Damien recommended excellent restaurants and activities to do depending on how warm it was. Coming back everyday for a swim in the infinity pool was such a treat. The accommodation has everything you need and we had many BBQs in the lovely garden.

SituĂ© entre le massif des Ecrins et le Queyras, vous trouverez un bon nombre d’itinĂ©raires de randonnĂ©e et d’activitĂ©s de montagne alentours. Le lac de Serre-Ponçon reprĂ©sente Ă©galement un lieu d’intĂ©rĂȘt facilement accessible. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Damien et sa famille et avons pu profiter de la piscine avec vue sur la montagne au retour de nos activitĂ©s. Un vrai moment de dĂ©tente !

Pros: Superbe sĂ©jour entre amis dans ce gĂźte avec une vue et un emplacement magnifiques. Fraicheur, piscine et gĂźte impeccables ! Accueil au top Ă©galement. Une semaine reposante et proche de nombreux points d'intĂ©rĂȘts sympathiques. Se baigner en Ă©tant quasiment sous la montagne c'est quand mĂȘme un plus mĂ©morable ! :)

L’appartement est magnifique, confortable et fonctionnel. La literie excellente et le calme environnant garantissent des nuits reposantes. Enfin la piscine est la cerise sur le gĂąteau : piquer une tĂȘte en surplombant la vallĂ©e est tout simplement magique. On revient l’étĂ© prochain 😀
