Our charming holiday home is located in the idyllic area of Strüth, part of the picturesque town of Röttingen. Situated on the quiet southern outskirts of town, it offers a wonderful setting with views of the countryside and is right next to the forest—perfect for relaxing, taking walks, and enjoying nature. Travellers arriving by car, motorcycle, or bicycle are in good hands here: Our spacious garage can accommodate up to five cars, as well as parking spaces for motorcycles and bicycles. From here, you can access the main house and the adjacent outbuilding directly—conveniently and sheltered from the weather. For your daily needs, you’ll find shopping options in nearby Röttingen. In addition, local vendors offer a mobile delivery service: fresh baked goods on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, as well as meat and sausage products from the butcher every Saturday—delivered right to your door. From Strüth, you can reach numerous attractions and charming towns: Visit Röttingen in the summer for the Frankenfestspiele, or explore Weikersheim, Bad Mergentheim, Ochsenfurt, Niederstetten, Würzburg, or Rothenburg ob der Tauber—each of these places offers history, culture, and unforgettable experiences. Brochures and maps are, of course, available for you. Our approximately 48-square-meter holiday apartment offers a cosy and well-equipped space that invites you to relax and feel at home. The modern built-in kitchen with an electric stove provides everything you need for self-catering—ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking even while on holiday. In the separate bedroom, you’ll find peace and relaxation, while the bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and toilet, offers comfort in every way. The cosily furnished living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa and invites you to unwind—perfect for families or additional guests as well. Satellite TV is available upon request. Enjoy your stay on the terrace—with a magnificent view of the countryside. For social gatherings or larger groups, there’s also a common room with a separate kitchen—ideal for shared meals or cosy evenings. Our holiday home combines functionality with comfort—so you’ll feel right at home from the very first moment. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange the details, if necessary. Keys are handed over in person on-site. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of 5 EUR per pet per night. Additional fees: Parking space in the garage for cars, motorcycles, or bicycles: 1.50 EUR per day. Breakfast can be booked for an additional fee. A 25% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is paid by bank transfer.
