The property sits in a peaceful courtyard at the end of a well-kept lane, offering complete privacy with no overlooking neighbors. An old well, a stone trough, and a granite barn complete the grounds.



Shared parking is available on-site and in a garage. Events are not allowed. Your hosts live on-site in a separate villa, not in your accommodation.



Access is best by car due to unpaved roads leading to the property. A village with shops, pharmacy, and bakery is 1.5 km away. The 14-hectare lake with supervised swimming and restaurants is 7 minutes away, as is the Peyrassoulat tree site. Piégut market takes place on Wednesdays, 20 minutes away. You are ideally located at the gateway to Charente and Dordogne, with many castles nearby.



Please note: No barbecue on site. The living room sofa converts into a bed. A mini-oven replaces a toaster.
