The high-quality, new holiday apartment ‘Piso Volcano’ in Villaverde - Casilla de Costa is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Covering 50 m², the accommodation offers a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and a bathroom. Amenities include high-speed WiFi (also suitable for video conferencing) and a smart TV with streaming function.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a microwave, stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, hand juicer and all necessary kitchen utensils.

The apartment has a semi-covered terrace, which is perfect for relaxing outdoors. In addition, guests can use the communal areas such as the pool, including a children's pool, and the garden free of charge.

Guests are provided with a welcome pack with water and coffee.

The residential complex is quiet and family-friendly. The beaches of Corralejo are about a 10-minute drive away, and El Cotillo is 15 minutes away. Lajares, with its boutiques, surf shops and trendy bars, is only a 7-minute drive away.

Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the flat.

Pets are not allowed. The flat is non-smoking. There is no air conditioning.

Katja is a superfriendly, pleasant caring and lovely host. The communication was perfect. The appartment is in tiptop shape, clean and has everything you need. The beds were perfect and we slept well. Location near Villa Verde on a quiet location. Not near the sea but with a rental car no problem. Parking is plenty and free of charge. The complex is as in the pictures. A very good and maintained swimmingpool and sunbeds. Never crowded or overwhelming. (november) There are very good restaurants are nearby. We will come back some day! Perfect 10 days
