Ski Hill Lodge has the best location in all of Breckenridge... summer and winter. We are just 400 yards to 4 ski lifts. The free town shuttle is just steps away. Walk or ride the ½ minute shuttle ride to the slopes or hiking trails. In the summer walk to The Peak 8 Fun Park, The Peaks Trail, and the many mountain biking and hiking trails. Main Street is just 2 minutes down the hill. This home can easily accommodate several families. No car is necessary: ride the shuttle to Main Street or to the ski slopes...or walk!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon check-out, take a moment to locate and return Universal Remote to charging station located above TV in Great Room.
Please leave BEDS UNMADE, and leave all sheets, blankets and comforters in the bedrooms. DO NOT MAKE BEDS. The cleaning crew will take it from there. Please bring all used towels to the laundry room.
Please be sure garage door is closed, all windows are closed, and all doors are locked. Please turn off all lights. Move the chairs back under the roof overhang so they are protected from rain/snow.

Walk to the amazing Summer Fun Park and the new world-class summer adventure park at the base of Peak 8 in the summer! Main Street is just 2 minutes down the hill. The free town shuttle is just steps away... right behind the house. In addition, there is something very special about a custom full log home...so warm, inviting, and majestic. Our oversized deck is magnificent with incredible views.
