With its spacious 200 m², Villa Luna offers you a comfortable and stylish holiday home right next to the North Sea on Sylt. The detached house is situated in an attractive location in Wenningstedt-Braderup, just about 600 metres from the fine-sand beach. Thanks to its size and a total of five rooms—including four separate bedrooms—the villa is perfect for families or small groups of up to eight people who want to spend a relaxing holiday in an upscale setting.

A particular highlight of Villa Luna is its excellent amenities, which combine both comfort and functionality. The modern kitchen allows you to cook together with your loved ones, while the open living area, featuring a sofa, armchairs, and a cosy sofa nook, invites you to linger. A fireplace or stove provides cosy warmth on cooler days and creates a pleasant atmosphere. A spacious dining table is available for relaxed meals.

The amenities also include two bathrooms, a separate guest bathroom, a bathtub, and a shower. The villa is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, making even longer stays hassle-free. A smoke detector provides additional safety.

Outside, a terrace with a view of the garden awaits you. Here you can spend pleasant hours outdoors while enjoying the fresh sea air of Sylt. The private parking space provided accommodates one vehicle and ensures a stress-free arrival. The villa is also suitable for both non-smokers and guests with pets. Children are expressly welcome and will find plenty of space here to play and explore.

Villa Luna’s location is ideal for guests who value excellent amenities. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the town centre, various restaurants, and shopping options. A supermarket, medical facilities—including a doctor’s office and a hospital—as well as public transport are also in the immediate vicinity (each approximately 250 to 800 metres away). For those who enjoy sports, a golf course is located about 2,100 metres away.

Last but not least, the villa is an ideal starting point for exploring the island of Sylt. You’ll enjoy excellent transport connections from the nearby train station (3,000 metres) and the airport (3,500 metres). The proximity to the sea, the short walk to the sandy beach, and the natural surroundings with a garden round out the holiday experience.
