Das Kunstquartier ist im Erdgeschoss und hat eine Terrasse. Es ist eine Eckwohnung. Die Einrichtung fand ich gut durchdacht und mit genügend Stauraum. Die Lage direkt an der Koserower Seebrücke ist super. Allerdings ziehen Seebrücke und anliegende Lokalitäten auch viele Menschen an, sodass immer Geräuschkulisse besteht. Dafür kann man morgens und nachts das Meeresrauschen genießen. An Tag vier meines Urlaubs hatte ich das Pech, dass aufgrund eines Wasserschadens das Wasser in der Wohnung abgestellt werden musste und ich eine neue Bleibe benötigte. Hier hat das Team von proHome schnell und lösungsorientiert gehandelt und mir bei einem Mitbewerber eine alternative Wohnung in der Anlage organisiert. Nach einer Zwischenübernachtung konnte ich bereits in die neue Wohnung umziehen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür!
