The house is centrally located in the spa town of Oybin in the Zittau Mountains Nature Park, just a few minutes' walk from the town center. Hiking trails to Oybin, Hochwald, Töpfer, or Scharfenstein start right at your doorstep. The narrow-gauge railway and the mountain express are quickly accessible. Restaurants, cafés, and excursion destinations are in the immediate vicinity.

Sehr schönes Haus in ausgezeichneter Lage. Allerdings war ein Schlafzimmer nicht betretbar (abgeschlossen). Wir sind zwar nur mit wenigen Personen angereist, doch wurde ja nun einmal der volle Preis bezahlt. Ist insofern nicht optimal. Die Kommunikation über den Schlüsselcode hat leider, aus unbekannten Gründen, nicht funktioniert. Das machte eine Telefoniererei mit Recherche der Telefonnummer der Verwaltung erforderlich, was ärgerlich war. Am Haus und der Umgebung gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Wunderschöne Lage und wunderschönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung.
