Unique accommodation in a renovated baker's house from the 1800s, built to a very high standard, in a scenic location in Tavelsjöbygden in the Umeå municipality, between Umeå and Vindeln in the Västerbotten province.

Excellently located house with sunshine from morning to evening on clear days.

Large house with a ridge height, an oven, and a wood-burning stove. A cozy sleeping loft with two 80 cm wide beds. A seating area with a sofa bed (140 cm wide) and two armchairs, a dining area, a 40-inch TV, and a retro-style multi-sound system (the oven, however, is not for guests' use).

Well-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.

Adjoining bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be put together or separated. Underfloor heating.

Bathroom with a sink, water closet, and shower. Underfloor heating.

Activities in the area: Summer: Golf driving range (1 km), fishing in Vindelälven (4 km), Tavelsjöleden hiking trail (7 km), Bangolf Tavelsjö (10 km), swimming in Hundsjön (7 km) and Tavelsjön (10 km), Mickelbo Gård mini park (11 km).
