Apartment 1, with 48 sqm, is suitable for 2–3 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed; a sofa bed in the bedroom is available for the third person. The comfortably and tastefully furnished apartments are all located on the first floor. Each apartment has a balcony with seating and a sunshade, a separate entrance, and a private parking space for your car. For two to three bicycles, there is a lockable, covered shelter. Drinks are available in the shared refrigerator. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, and pets are not allowed.
