Thanks to its excellent transport links and proximity to the natural beauty of the Remstal and the Swabian Alb, the apartment is ideal for both holiday and business trips.

This modern holiday apartment combines style and comfort.

The living and dining area features a cosy sofa corner with a pull-out sofa bed for two people and a practical bunk bed. Above the dining area is a TV that is clearly visible from both the dining table and the sofa. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator; dish soap, a sponge, and a tea towel are provided.

In the bedroom, a king-size double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep. A closet, iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are available. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

The brightly designed bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, hair dryer, and a private sauna. Towels, bed linens, and soap are provided.

The apartment is ideal for couples, families, or small groups who value comfort and a stylish atmosphere.


Sauna use:
The private sauna is located in the apartment’s bathroom and is available exclusively to guests staying at the property.
Use is free for 2 hours per day between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
(A flat fee of €15 applies starting with the third use.)
Towels and sauna infusions are included.
A brief notice the day before is sufficient so that the sauna can be unlocked at the desired time.
