Watercrest unit 208 is a beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained condo right on the beach that offers an awesome beach view.

Tiki hut is covered and shaded with seating - food, drinks, beach stuff, and some essential items

Beach has fun rental beach activities - jet skis, Parasailing, paddle boards
Free beach chair service (2 free chairs with cushions and 1 umbrella)
4 small beach chairs and 1 umbrella are in the condo for guests to take down to the beach
for additional seating and shade (Umbrellas can not be set up in front of the free beach chairs)

Wrist bands are required for guests 12 and older - bands will be in the condo when you arrive

The elevator is about 15 steps from the condo and the and stairs are about 8 steps from the condo. The stairs are 1 floor down to the floor level. There is ramp in the pool-deck area for beach access.

The housekeeper is my regular cleaner who knows my unit well and takes great care to prepare it for each guest.

I manage my condo myself and I enjoy talking with and working my guests.
I welcome calls from potential and current guests before and during their stay, at any time, and as often as they wish. It is important to me to maintain strong communication and to respond to messages and calls immediately.

My husband and I consider it a pleasure to offer our condo for beach vacations. We go down several times a year to ensure that the place is maintained to a high standard. It’s very important to us that it is in good condition for each guest. I rely on my housekeeper to keep me informed of issues when she arrives to clean. I also encourage each guest to let me know me if something needs attention.

UPDATE: THE HOT TUB OUTSIDE IS NOW OPEN AFTER RECENT APPROVAL BY THE HOA BOARD. IT WAS TEMPORARILY CLOSED DUE TO CDC GUIDELINES FOR COVID.

Please note: There may be a time when a short closure is needed for the pool or hot tub due to sanitary issues or repairs, although this is normally not a problem.
