The stylishly furnished home impresses with its thoughtful details and well-planned layout. Three cosy bedrooms accommodate up to 6 people. The bright living area with an integrated dining nook in the sunroom creates a pleasant atmosphere, and the spacious, well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. On the upper floor—in addition to the bedrooms and a separate guest bathroom—there is an open gallery with lounge chairs, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the garden and the water.
An additional bathroom/toilet and an utility room with a washer-dryer provide added convenience. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.
The location in Seepark perfectly combines the natural surroundings with proximity to the city. The nearby Vechtesee offers numerous water sports opportunities. Families will love the popular Delfinoh outdoor pool or the Crockie children’s play paradise—both are within easy walking distance.

Nordhorn is located in beautiful Lower Saxony and is affectionately known as the “Water City”—and for good reason: The Vechte River flows through the city, feeding numerous canals and waterways and giving the city its very special character. The city centre itself is situated on an island and is completely surrounded by water—ideal for exciting boat or bike tours in a relaxed atmosphere.
Whether along the idyllic riverside paths, through green parks, or right through the heart of the city—Nordhorn is a wonderful place to explore actively. Cyclists and walkers in particular enjoy the well-maintained paths right along the water.
Culturally, the city has a lot to offer: the City Museum with its three locations, the popular Maritime Museum, and many other attractions make Nordhorn a versatile destination for day trips.
Our property, Dock 2, is situated in a quiet yet central location within the modern Seepark Nordhorn—an area that uniquely combines nature, water, and modern architecture. From here, you can reach the charming city centre area in just a few minutes—on foot, by bike, or even by boat.
Thanks to its convenient location, day trips to the Netherlands—just about five kilometres away—are always possible. Whether you’re interested in shopping, nature, or culture—Dock 2 is the perfect starting point for exploring everything Nordhorn has to offer.

During peak season and around holidays, bookings are only available on a weekly basis! Check-in day: During peak season and around holidays, check-in is generally on Saturdays; alternatively, by arrangement. During certain periods, we have minimum stay requirements—we’d be happy to provide you with the specific dates, but please understand that short-stay surcharges may apply. However, this will be explicitly stated in our offers.
Earliest check-in time: Usually from 4:00 p.m.; latest check-out time is usually by 10:00 a.m.
