"Somni Compartit" is a lovingly restored country house that preserves original features like stone walls and wooden beams, blending tradition with comfort. It offers 7 spacious bedrooms, 6 of which have en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The large living-dining room with fireplace and sofas is perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, or relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from special dinners to shared breakfasts.



Outside, you’ll find a true oasis: a porch, barbecue, a large table with stone bench, a generous garden, and the highlight—a stone saltwater pool surrounded by loungers, olive trees, and magnolias.



"Somni Compartit" is ideal for families or groups of friends, set in an authentic and charming environment. The owners live on the ground floor, which is separate from the rest of the house and has no access to guest areas, so you’ll enjoy complete privacy.

■ General Rules



• Quiet hours: From 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., please stay indoors to respect neighbors’ rest.

• Smoking: Not permitted inside. You may smoke in the garden, where ashtrays are provided.

• Common areas: Please look after the furniture and surroundings. Don’t move furniture without permission. Eating is only allowed in designated areas. Keep doors and windows closed if using heating.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Environment: Please use bins and recycle.
