'City Overlook & Hideway' above downtown Chattanooga

City Overlook is an urban chalet located in the city just above downtown Chattanooga, on a rustic, secluded private 2 acre wooded lot. Parties and events strictly prohibited. This property has immediate access to downtown and interstate (I-24), and is conveniently positioned between downtown and Hamilton Place Mall. The second floor chalet has a unique wall of windows framing views of downtown Chattanooga, Lookout Mnt., and Signal Mnt., and is a bright sunny place to be in the fall and winter. The space has hardwood floors in the living room, gas fireplace, stainless appliances, contemporary décor, private covered balcony in the trees, and approx. 1300 sq. ft of living space, with a fully equipped kitchen. EPB fiber optics wifi. The chalet has two large carpeted bedrooms both with memory foam mattresses, with 400 threat count Egyptian cotton sheets.

The chalet is located down a long narrow gravel driveway that is a bit rough and can be muddy. The driveway can be difficult to turn around in. The chalet is on a natural wooded lot with minimal grass and landscaping. This location is just above downtown so you may hear noise from the city and traffic in the distance.
