Accommodation description:
Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish home. Charming holiday home in domain Westhinder at Koksijde with 3 bedrooms for max 6 pers. Private parking and enclosed garden, ideal for a family with children. Equipped with all comforts, it is perfect for unwinding. Cosy living room with TV, WIFI and equipped kitchen overlooking the garden. On the domain you have a nice playground, multisport ground and a petanque area, something for everyone.

Cooking between dunes, beach and sea: in Koksijde and Oostduinkerke you can walk along the Hoge Blekker, admire the unique shrimp fishermen on horseback, discover art in the Paul Delvaux Museum and dive into the fishing past at Navigo. Adventure, relaxation and culture, all right on the coast!

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

Die Lage und das Häuschen an sich sind sehr schön. Leider sind einige Möbel im Bad usw. abgewohnt und blättern an einigen Kanten. Die Gartenmöbel sind schon an manchen Stellen defekt. Der Rasen war auf Grund der Temperaturen nicht mehr zu erkennen, da stellt sich die Frage ob nicht auch Kunstrasen wie bei manchen anderen Häusern in der Anlage eine Alternative wäre?!Eine Endreinigung muss bezahlt werden, wurde aber vor uns wohl nicht durchgeführt: da offene Lebensmittel (z.B.: Zucker) in den Schränken standen hatten wir eine Ameisenstraße durch den Wohnraum. Der Grill war auch alles andere als sauber.Um das Innen-Ameisenproblem und die Reinigung der Küchenschränke und des Grills haben wir uns dann selbst gekümmert. Für das Außen-Ameisen Problem kam der Ansprech Partner vor Ort.
