Welcome to “Quartier 18”—your cosy apartment in Büsum! This modern and charming accommodation is the ideal getaway for couples or small families looking to enjoy a relaxing stay on the North German coast. Measuring 22 m², this apartment offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and was completely renovated in 2024, so you can look forward to a fresh and inviting living space. The light-filled room is equipped with comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to three people and offers a harmonious atmosphere for relaxation. A cosy dining area invites you to linger and enjoy meals together. The kitchenette is equipped with modern kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, an espresso machine (Tassimo), and a two-burner stove—ideal for treating yourself to a home-cooked meal after a long day outdoors.

Please note that the additional sleeping arrangement is a sofa bed located in the same room as the bed.

For your entertainment, there’s a TV with various channels, as well as Wi-Fi, which is available throughout the entire property. After an eventful day, you can relax in your private bathroom, which is equipped with a shower. A hair dryer is also provided, so you can start your day right after your shower.

The excellent location of Quartier No. 6 is another highlight: The beach is just 900 metres away—ideal for relaxing days by the sea and long walks along the water. The town centre of Büsum is also just 1,000 metres away, where you can discover numerous restaurants and shopping options. The nearest restaurant is only about 550 metres away, so you can easily enjoy the local cuisine. The convenient connection to the train station (950 metres) makes your arrival easy and also allows for excursions in the surrounding area.

Safety is also taken care of, as the entire building is a smoke-free property. Private parking is available for your vehicle, so you can arrive stress-free.

Included in the price is daily use (2.5 hours) of the Büsum Meerzeit! (Sauna use not included.)
