The "Loog 3" holiday rental offers you a freshly renovated, modern, and comfortable living space of approximately 62 m² on the ground floor of a multi-family home, with sleeping accommodation for up to 4 people. This non-smoking apartment features a practical, modern, and cosy layout. Babies and children are welcome. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

The spacious living room features a sofa area with a (sleeper) sofa (160 x 190 cm) and an armchair, a TV, and a dining area with a dining table. Books and games provided ensure cosy reading sessions or social evenings. The separate, spacious kitchen is modernly equipped: in addition to an induction cooktop and oven, you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

One of the apartment’s special highlights is the covered and enclosed terrace, which is ideal for guests who value privacy and protection from the weather. The garden area in front of the terrace is also available for use and is perfect for relaxing outdoors.

The bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed (200 x 200 cm), a spacious closet, and additional coat hooks on the wall. There is a second entrance to the terrace from the bedroom.

Additional amenities include a washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement, which are available for shared use. The apartment also features electric exterior blinds and additional curtains on all windows, so you can feel undisturbed at all times.
